Case Study 1 - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Grade II listed Farmhouse renovation with improvements to bathrooms, windows, electrics and decorating. Project budget £65k.

Case Study 2 - St Albans, Hertfordshire

Complete internal remodelling of a 1970's town house including a loft conversion.  This work was completed in a conservation area working within the relevant guidelines. Project budget £70k.

Case Study 3 - Hexton, Hertfordshire

Complete ground floor renovation and extension of a 1960’s house. Internal alterations created new and larger reception rooms with new openings for folding sliding doors, new enlarged entrance hall and stairs. The extension provided a new kitchen, garage and attic room with bedroom and en-suite. Project budget £300K.

Case Study 4 – Gosmore, Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

Grade II listed cottage Internal alteration of the existing kitchen and three reception rooms to create a new open plan kitchen and family area. Project budget £45k.

Case Study 5 – Leighton Buzzard, Beds

Demolition and erection of new storage barn. The new structure comprised of a lightweight high tensile steel structure with insulated profiled sheeting. Externally the structure was clad with a slate roof, featheredge boarding and a brick plinth to give a more traditional appearance in a rural setting. Whilst retaining the cost effectiveness of a prefabricated structure. Project budget £120K.
